| Carol and I were very pleased with the service provided by Bryan Fitzpatrick in the sale of our home. When we decided to sell our house, Bryan came to the house and gave us an honest appraisal of what it was worth and what repairs should be made to it. He recommended a person to do the repairs and we were extremely satisfied with the work that he did. The sale of our home took about five months. Throughout this time, Bryan kept us informed of the progress of the sale. Several times during this period we relied on his recommendations on how to proceed. He always acted in our best interest. Bryan was always friendly and courteous during our dealings with him. It was a joy working with him and his associates. | Dear Fitzpatrick Team, This letter is long over due as we have been in our new home for 4 wonderful months. We'd like to thank the whole team for helping us through the selling and buying of our homes. We had interviewed several realtors before making a selection. One of the main reasons we chose your team was because Bryan looked at our home. He looked at the good and the bad. To him, it was not a number of bedrooms, baths and a garage. He also knew The Colony area. He knew that we had one of the best schools and a friendly neighborhood. He also knew the areas in the metroplex we were interested in moving to. We put our house up for sale and it rained the next two months. Mortgage companies started folding. It was a terrible time to sell a house. They kept in constant contact. They showed our house as many times as the other realtors did. Bryan also took us to see as many properties as we asked him to. This was not a small number. Thank you for your patience. When we finally had a real buyer, they negotiated for us. They knew what the buyer was going to ask for and how to repsond so that it didn't take long to close the deal. But we had no house yet. We looked for about two weeks and finally walked into our new home. Again, they negotiated for us. It was so great to have that kind of knowledge on our side. We got the house at a great price and there were alot of others looking at it. Bryan and Leslie stayed in touch with us and the realtors. They know this area and this business.
